We are happy to post either to you or your customer's address, and offer a 'white label' option if you would prefer our branding not to appear on the box or packaging.
We aim to dispatch your standard printed canvas within 24 hours of receiving your order will arrive to your, or your customer's address, bubble wrapped and packaged in our specially designed protective boxes. In the unlikely event your order fails to arrive, please email us at info@tradecanvasprint.co.uk or call us on 0800 630 0880 between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday so we can track your order for you.
Our bespoke options (eg Pop art and artist illustrations) may take a little longer, which you will be advised at time of order. Working hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm so orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday after the weekend.
All our prints are shipped by CityLink Next Day Delivery. Please check the packaging and print for damage, and notify us by email within 24 hours if there is anything wrong with your canvas. See our returns section for more information.
We can only post canvases to UK addresses.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your canvas, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt. We require the canvas is returned to us, via a recorded delivery service, so it can be assessed for a repair or refund.
We do our utmost to ensure the colour match is exact, but due to the varying quality of computer screens you may notice minor variations in colour in your photo canvas print.
A photograph, when enlarged, may lose some definition and that colour variation may occur in finished item. We may need to exercise a degree of artistic license to crop and edit images to fit and to achieve the very best results. Red Eye, blemish reduction, date stamp removal, black and white conversion are free of charge and at our discretion. TILT Group Ltd is not obliged to make these adjustments and does so without liability in order to help to achieve best results.
Cancellations will only be accepted within 12 hours of receipt of your order, assuming your canvas is not already in production.
