FAQs

You may have some questions about your order, which we have endeavoured to answer below. However, if you still have any queries please don't hesitate to email us at info@tradecanvasprints.com or call us FREE on 0800 630 0880 and we will be happy to help.

How do you ship my orders?

We are happy to post either to you or your customer's address, and offer a 'white label' option if you would prefer our branding not to appear on the box or packaging.

We aim to dispatch your standard printed canvas within 48 hours of receiving your order will arrive to your, or your customer's address, bubble wrapped and packaged in our specially designed protective boxes. We will email you a link to Parcelforce's website in order for you to track your order. In the unlikely event your order fails to arrive, please email us at info@tradecanvasprint.co.uk or call us on 0800 630 0880 between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Our bespoke options (eg Pop art and artist illustrations) may take a little longer, which you will be advised at time of order. Working hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm so orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday after the weekend.

All our prints are shipped by Parcelforce Next Day Delivery. Please check the packaging and print for damage, and notify us by email within 24 hours if there is anything wrong with your canvas. See our returns section for more information.

We can only post canvases to UK addresses.

Can you deliver my order straight to my client?

Yes we can take care of all White labelling and don't forget all our delivery is free of charge, saving you money!

How do you deliver your canvases?

We deliver all our canvases free of charge to all UK Mainland addresses using a next day delivery courier (Parcelforce)

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to all UK Mainland Addresses is completely FREE. Please contact us to discuss delivery outside UK Mainland.

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland delivery is £15.00

Delivery to Northern Island, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly delivery is £20.00

How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours and we use a next day courier service (Deliveries only take place from Mon-Fri).

Is my copyright protected when I send my images to you?

Yes we will not pass on any files to 3rd parties and will never reproduce your image for ourselves or anyone else.

What Colour management do you offer?

We have a custom profile specifically set up for our printer and consumables which ensures excellent colour reproduction and tonal range. We try our very best to colour match by calibrating our computers regularly but due to varying computer screens, brightness and colour differences we cannot always guarantee an exact match.

For Mac - place file into the following:

Is the canvas protected?

We use only the highest quality materials and ink in our production. In addition, we add two applications of Matte Varnish to all our canvasses, which prevents cracking, increases resistance to ink fading, as well as protecting from scuffs and moisture.

How do you pack your canvases?

All our canvases are wrapped in bubble wrap then packed in a good quality cardboard boxes which are securely fastened.

Do you have any additional costs I should be aware of?

No all the prices you see are the prices you pay.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 20mb. The maximum pixel length of your image must also be below 8191 pixels on each side. If you would prefer to send your image by email please send to info@tradecanvasprints.com (for large files please use www.zippyshare.com and email us the link) or alternatively send your CD in the post to Watermill Studios, 48 Middlebridge Street, Romsey, SO51 8HL.

Can I order any other sizes of canvas that do not appear on your price list?

If you would like a size that is not on our price list please call us on 0800 630 0880 or email us at info@tradecanvasprints.com and we will do our best to help. We print up to 30"x40".

How do I receive my Trade discount at the checkout?

After you have added your order in the shopping basket, please enter your discount code in the box like the one shown below and press 'Apply'. You will then see the discounts automatically deducted from the price.

Can I order from outside the UK?

We can accept orders from outside the UK but only if the delivery address is within Mainland UK.

What Credit/ Debit Cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. If you want to pay using other cards such as American Express, Switch/Solo & Maestro you can use the Paypal Express Checkout option at the checkout stage.

Is your site safe and secure to make a payment through?

Yes our site is completely secure. We take the security of our site very seriously so no 3rd party can gain access to anyone's details. We use Paypal and Google Checkout which are both fully secure online payment merchants.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your canvas, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt. We require the canvas is returned to us, via a recorded delivery service, so it can be assessed for a repair or refund.

How well will my image be reproduced?

We do our utmost to ensure the colour match is exact, but due to the varying quality of computer screens you may notice minor variations in colour in your photo canvas print.

A photograph, when enlarged, may lose some definition and that colour variation may occur in finished item. We may need to exercise a degree of artistic license to crop and edit images to fit and to achieve the very best results. Red Eye, blemish reduction, date stamp removal, black and white conversion are free of charge and at our discretion. TILT Group Ltd is not obliged to make these adjustments and does so without liability in order to help to achieve best results.

What different finish options do you offer?

All of our prints have at least three applications of top quality Giclee coating to protect and preserve for years to come. Ink pigment is enhanced and appears more vibrant, as well as improving shadow detail. Available in a choice of Matt, Gloss or Satin, our varnishes deliver scratch and moisture resistance as well as strong UV protection to keep the prints vibrant for longer.

Matt:
Our truly flat matt finish is highly popular. Enjoy all the protection of a varnish whilst allowing the true beauty of your image to shine through crystal clear.

Gloss:
Our incredible high gloss finish delivers maximum punch. Particularly popular on black and white or sepia effects, our rich ultra gloss finish is an excellent choice for maximum impact.

Satin:
A great choice suiting most imagery for those wishing to have an understated, softer sheen to their work.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations will only be accepted within 12 hours of receipt of your order, assuming your canvas is not already in production.
